Hello and welcome to my swimming journey! I'm Jamie Ingram, a swimmer who's been fortunate to experience some incredible moments in the world of aquatic sports. It's not all about being the best; it's about the love of the sport and the pursuit of personal excellence.

🏅 My Swimming Milestones

In 2022, I had the privilege of representing Team England at the Commonwealth Games. I contributed to my team's success by securing a silver medal in the Men’s 4x100m freestyle relay event. Additionally, I gave my best in the 100m butterfly, earning an 8th place finish, which was an unforgettable experience.

Over the years, I've also had the honor of winning bronze medals at the British Championships in 2023 and 2022. These moments remind me of the importance of hard work and perseverance in sports.

I'm proud to also have won two gold medals at the National Short Course Championships in 2022, a testament to the support of my coaches and teammates.

My swimming journey is an ongoing one, and I'm excited to see where it takes me. Every day, I strive to be a better swimmer and a better person. I'm grateful for the opportunity to do what I love and am eager to keep improving.
