I didn’t make my first international team until I was 24, and that journey taught me something invaluable: performance improves when every area of life is optimised. Nutrition, sleep, recovery, strength, mobility, mindset - all of these played a part in transforming my racing.
As your mentor, I’ll help you uncover the factors holding you back and build habits that support faster, stronger, and more confident swimming. Whether you’re aiming for elite competition or chasing personal bests, my approach is tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Unlimited WhatsApp Support: Athlete-led communication - the more you share, the more I can help you between sessions.
Regular Mentoring Calls: Personalised phone/video calls every two weeks or monthly (flexible to suit your needs).
Goal Setting & Progress Tracking: Support with setting clear goals, reviewing progress, and keeping you accountable throughout the season.
Pre-Race Day Check-In: A phone/video call before race day, with the option of in-person support where possible.
Nutrition Guidance: Practical advice for both race-day fuelling and every day nutrition habits (athlete led).
Mindset & Mental Skills Coaching: Strategies to manage nerves, improve focus, and build resilience for both training and competition.
Recovery & Lifestyle Habits: Guidance on sleep, mobility and recovery routines to maximise performance and wellbeing.
Season Planning Support: Helping you think ahead about training cycles, competition schedules, and tapering.
Free Video Technique Analysis: Personalised feedback to refine your strokes and improve efficiency.
Race Analysis: Up to two full race analyses per month from the premium race analysis package (see here for full details).
Equipment Advice: Recommendations on training and racing gear to make sure you have the right tools for success.
Priority Access to 1:1 Coaching: First access to in-person pool sessions where available locally.
Parental Guidance (if under 18): Occasional touch-points with parents to ensure support at home aligns with your goals.
