Training without a club—or with limited support—doesn’t mean training without structure. With remote coaching, you’ll receive a personalised programme designed around your goals, lifestyle, and available time. Whether it’s swimming sessions, gym work, or land training, I’ll create a plan that helps you make consistent progress while keeping you motivated and accountable.
This service is especially ideal for masters swimmers looking for expert guidance and structure, without needing to be tied to a club programme. My aim is simple: to give you the clarity and confidence to train smarter, swim faster, and enjoy the process along the way.
what’s included?
I understand that every swimmer has different goals when it comes to training, fitness, and support. That’s why I offer three flexible categories of remote coaching—so you can choose the option that best fits your needs:
Swim Programme: A weekly, personalised swimming plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and availability.
Gym/Land Training Programme: A customised strength and conditioning plan to support performance in and out of the pool.
Swimming and Gym/Land Training Programme: The complete package, with training plans that complement each other for balances, all-round performance.
All remote coaching packages include:
Unlimited WhatsApp Support: Athlete-led communication - the more you share, the more I can help you between sessions.
Regular Mentoring Calls: Personalised phone/video calls every two weeks or monthly (flexible to suit your needs).
Goal Setting & Progress Tracking: Support with setting clear goals, reviewing progress, and keeping you accountable throughout the season.
Pre-Race Day Check-In: A phone/video call before race day, with the option of in-person support where possible.
Nutrition Guidance: Practical advice for both race-day fuelling and every day nutrition habits (athlete led).
Mindset & Mental Skills Coaching: Strategies to manage nerves, improve focus, and build resilience for both training and competition.
Recovery & Lifestyle Habits: Guidance on sleep, mobility and recovery routines to maximise performance and wellbeing.
Season Planning Support: Helping you think ahead about training cycles, competition schedules, and tapering.
Free Video Technique Analysis: Personalised feedback to refine your strokes and improve efficiency.
Race Analysis: Up to two full race analyses per month from the premium race analysis package (see here for full details).
Equipment Advice: Recommendations on training and racing gear to make sure you have the right tools for success.
